He currently serves on the Board of the Breakthrough Prize Foundation, as an adviser to the Aurora Foundation, on the management committee of the Greater Eurasia Research Center (GEAR), and as an advisor to the Institute for Emerging Markets Studies (IEMS) at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technologies (HKUST).
