Altos Labs’ Reporting Hotline (Ethicspoint) is a confidential reporting service for violations of company law or internal policies. An independent third party hosts the Incident Hotline, and reports may be made anonymously. Incoming reports are triaged and directed to the proper team for investigation. Altos Labs does not allow any sort of retaliation for good-faith reports.
The hotline can be used to report:
Corruption or bribery
Anticompetitive or antitrust practices
Accounting or auditing irregularities
Expense report fraud
Discrimination, bullying, or retaliation
Workplace harassment or violence
Theft or fraud
Other ethical or policy violations
